<br />DES:djk 10/01/91 (094/28) <br />DES:djk /07/91R <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />10/7/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 11619 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR BROADWAY/BREWSTER ROOSEVELT/UPTON <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND WHIPPLE/WINSLOW INTERCONNECT <br />PROJECTS; AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Broadway/Brewster <br /> <br />Roosevelt/Upton <br /> <br />Traffic <br /> <br />Signal <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Whipple/ <br /> <br />Winslow <br /> <br />Interconnect <br /> <br />Projects <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />been <br /> <br />presented <br /> <br />to, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />the work therein described; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />contract <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Contract <br /> <br />Documents <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Broadway/Brewster <br /> <br />Roosevelt/Upton Traffic Signal Project" <br /> <br />(including the Whipple/ <br /> <br />Winslow <br /> <br />Interconnect <br /> <br />Project) , <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Department <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Development, <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Division, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />documents is on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
