<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />9/04/91 (023/30) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />9/16/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11605 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AND <br />SURVEYING RELATING TO NEW POLICE FACILITY <br /> <br />(BRIAN KANGAS FOULK - REDWOOD CITY) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br /> <br />new police facility at 1301 Maple Street (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> <br />expert construction engineering and surveying services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Brian <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />represents that it is qualified, <br /> <br />on the basis <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />experience <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expertise, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforesaid <br /> <br />unique <br /> <br />professional engineering services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement - Construction <br /> <br />Engineering and Surveying Services - New Police Facility" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />9/04/9l) <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Brian Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />engineering, <br /> <br />surveying and related services for the Project, a copy of which <br /> <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />--...
