<br />DES:dft <br /> <br />8/20/91 (001/31) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />8/26/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11584 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />(REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled IIAgreement - Environmental <br /> <br />Consulting Services <br /> <br />(Levee Improvements)1I <br /> <br />(form dated 08/20/91) <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California and Environmental Science Associates, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Francisco, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />performance <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />professional services therein described relating to the Project, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />lS <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'r--~- -r <br />
