<br />DES:djk 08/07/91 <br /> <br />(066/24) <br /> <br />a RIG I N A L <br /> <br />8/12/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11581 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT #2 TO AGREEMENT RELATING TO LABOR RELATIONS <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />(INDUSTRIAL EMPLOYERS AND DISTRIBUTORS ASSOCIATION) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />State <br /> <br />of California <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Industrial Employers and Distributors Association, <br /> <br />a non-profit <br /> <br />corporation, dated December 1, 1988, pursuant to which agreement <br /> <br />said Association provides certain labor relations services, which <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, shall <br /> <br />be, and is hereby, amended by amending paragraph 3 thereof in the <br /> <br />form <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />"Amendment <br /> <br />#2 <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Agreement", <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto, marked Exhibit IIAII, <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated <br /> <br />herein, which amendment is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br /> <br />to attest thereto, respectively, <br /> <br />said Amendment #2 to Agreement <br /> <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.
