<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />JulV 11, 2005 <br />MO. 05-142 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 12, 2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Finance Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Fiscal Year 2005/06 Budget - City Council <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 8B (511) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 11, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Howard <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Bain to recommend the following ordinance adopting the <br />FY 2005/06 budget be introduced. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE FINAL <br />BUDGET OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2005 - <br />JUNE 30, 2006; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF <br />ALL SUMS SET FORTH IN SAID BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR EMERGENCY <br />EXPENDITURES, TRANSFERS, ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS, CANCELLATIONS <br />AND REAPPROPRIA TIONS OF EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS; ADOPTING THE <br />BUDGET FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2005-JUNE 30, 2006; MAKING PROVISION FOR INTERIM EXPENDITURES <br />AS FO JULY 1, 2005; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2267, AND ALL <br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />"-~~~,,~~,~.~.~ <br /> <br />Patricia S.
