<br />Oß3:djk n6/20/9l <br /> <br />(023/26) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />July 8, 1991 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11552 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />(NEC BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (WEST), INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Maintenance Agreement" by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California and NEC Business Communication Systems <br /> <br />(West), Inc., a copy of which agreement, marked Exhibit IIAII, is <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorpor a t.ed <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />telephone maintenance <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty of <br /> <br />Redwood City, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br /> <br />Clerk are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execut.e, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement substantially in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit A and/or such other appropriate documents to <br /> <br />effectuate the purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the <br /> <br />Ci ty Attorney) . <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11552 <br /> <br />~ <br />.\ <br />
