<br />OE3:djk "'6/26/91 <br /> <br />(087/28) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11551 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JUl B t~9" <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT OF SHORES CENTER <br />UNIT NO. 4 ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY and REDWOOD SHORES <br /> <br />PROPERTIES <br /> <br />entered <br /> <br />int.o <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for Improvement of Shores Center Unit No. <br /> <br />4" dated <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />1991 <br /> <br />(the <br /> <br />"Basic Agreement") <br /> <br />in connection with the <br /> <br />approval by this Council of the final map of said subdivision; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Redwood Shores Properties has requested that the <br /> <br />time for construction of the public improvements described in the <br /> <br />Basic Agreement be extended to March 31, 1993; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council is willing to grant said extension; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Amendment to Agreement. <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Cent.er <br /> <br />Unit. <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />4" <br /> <br />( form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />06/26/91), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />St.ate <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Properties, <br /> <br />amending <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Basic <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />extend <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />permitted during which the public improvements therein described <br /> <br />shall be constructed, a copy of which amendment to agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />direct.ed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1155l <br /> <br />~""1r' <br />
