<br />)Z3:d-"- 07/02/91 <br /> <br />(092/28) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUL e <br /> <br />1991 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11549 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR PRIME COMPUTER FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 1991-92 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Master Service Agreement" <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California and Prime Computer, Inc., a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement, marked Exhibit "A", is attached heret.o and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />Prime 6450 computer maintenance services for fiscal year 1991-92, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br /> <br />A and/ or <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />appropriat.e <br /> <br />documents <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />effectuate <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />purpose <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />(in <br /> <br />form <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Attorney) . <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />11549 <br /> <br />~~'-'--1r- <br />
