<br />J3S:djk ~~/13/91 <br /> <br />(078/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11546.. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RED <br />MORTON COMMUNITY PARK 49ER/KIWANIS FIELD RENOVATION; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />reviewed <br /> <br />proposed <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications for Red Morton Community Park 4ger/Kiwanis Field <br /> <br />Renovation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />said field work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Contract Documents and Specificat.ions for Red Morton Community <br /> <br />Park <br /> <br />4ger/Kiwanis <br /> <br />Field <br /> <br />Renovations <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />Californiall, <br /> <br />prepared by the firm of Singer and Hodges, <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />Landscape Architects, which Plans and Specifications are on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids as provided in said Cont.ract Documents and <br /> <br />Specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. -..,.. . ~-.T. <br />
