<br />;:>E3: djk ()&\/17/91 <br /> <br />(079/28) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. <br />- - - - - - - - - - <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />11545 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />AGREEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES <br /> <br />EXECUTION <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 10170, adopted March 24, <br /> <br />1986 by this Council an agreement was entered into dated March <br /> <br />26, <br /> <br />1986 by and between the City of Redwood City and David E. <br /> <br />Schricker, City Attorney, providing for the furnishing of legal <br /> <br />services for the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement desire to enter into <br /> <br />a new agreement providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />continuation of <br /> <br />said legal <br /> <br />services in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement" <br /> <br />( form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />06/06/9lR) by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, and David E. Schricker, <br /> <br />City Attorney, for the furnishing of legal services to the City <br /> <br />commencing <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />July <br /> <br />1, <br /> <br />1991, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />subject <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />terms <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />conditions therein stated, a copy of which agreement is on file <br /> <br />in t.he office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />Ci ty Clerk, <br /> <br />to which copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />- 1r <br />
