<br />F;~S:dft 5/14/91 (59/029) <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11542 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF FARMERS MARKET; <br />AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 10940 <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />(DOWNTOWN REDWOOD CITY KIWANIS FARMERS) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />Revocable <br /> <br />Permit <br /> <br />issued <br /> <br />t.o <br /> <br />Downtown <br /> <br />Redwood City Kiwanis Farmers (form dated 5/15/91) for the use of <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />Ci ty-owned <br /> <br />property <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />site <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />conducting farmers' market activities therein described, a copy <br /> <br />of which letter permit is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />t.o which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby made <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said letter permit for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />10940 <br /> <br />enti t.led, <br /> <br />IIResolution Approving <br /> <br />and Authorizing Execution of Revocable Permit for Operation of <br />Farmers Market II, adopted November 28, 1988, pursuant to which a <br /> <br />revocable permit was issued to the Downtown Redwood City Farmers <br /> <br />Market, Inc., for use of certain City-owned property as a site <br /> <br />for conduct.ing Farmers Market activities t.herein described, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby rescinded, <br /> <br />and the Ci ty Manager is hereby directed to <br /> <br />transmi t a notice of termination to said permittee pursuant to <br /> <br />the permit. in Resolut.ion No. 10940 described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..~. _.. <br />, <br />
