<br />DES:d£t ~113/91 <br /> <br />(066/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11540 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. 11456, <br />ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY EXEMPT FROM THE MERIT <br />SYSTEM AND FOR CERTAIN PROFESSIONAL EXECUTIVE AND <br />CONFIDENTIAL POSITIONS ("EXECUTIVE SERVICES") , TO <br />REVISE THE SALARY FOR CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Exhibit A of Resolution No. 11456 entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Establishing a Salary Plan for Positions of Employment for the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City Exempt from the Merit System and Rescinding <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />11220", <br /> <br />adopt.ed December 10, <br /> <br />1990, <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />amended, <br /> <br />which resolution also establishes the salary and wage plan for <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />professional <br /> <br />executive <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />confident.ial <br /> <br />positions <br /> <br />(collectively, <br /> <br />"Executive <br /> <br />Services") <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />revising the salary for the position of City Manager as set forth <br /> <br />in Exhibit A-2 hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />effective <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />adoption, <br /> <br />provided, that the amendment approved hereby shall be operative <br /> <br />from and after July 1,1991. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
