<br />;)LS~ dft <br /> <br />f)/12/91 (067/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11539 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 1 AND EXHIBIT A OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 11255, ESTABLISHING A SALARY PLAN FOR <br />CERTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS (SEIU UNIT), TO ADD <br />THE POSITION OF, AND SALARY FOR, LEAD CONSTRUCTION <br />SPECIALIST <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 1 of Resolution No. 11255 entitled, "Resolution <br /> <br />Est.ablishing <br /> <br />Salary <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Wage <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Certain <br /> <br />Employee <br /> <br />Classifications <br /> <br />(SEIU Unit)lI, adopted March 26, 1990, is hereby <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br />t.o <br /> <br />add <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />list <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />employee <br /> <br />posi t.ions <br /> <br />therein <br /> <br />contained the position of Lead Construction Specialist. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Exhibit A of the above-mentioned Resolution No. 11255 <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />add <br /> <br />thereto <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />position <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Lead <br /> <br />Construction Specialist and the salary therefor as set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />hereof <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This <br /> <br />resolution <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />effective <br /> <br />upon <br /> <br />adoption; <br /> <br />provided, that the amendment approved hereby shall be operative <br /> <br />from and after February 1, 1991. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
