<br />D j;;.3: cwb <br /> <br />~/12/9l (068/29) <br />18/91R <br /> <br />6/24/91 <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11537 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9569, ESTABLISHING A <br />SALARY SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN DESIGNATED SEASONAL AND <br />PART-TIME EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO <br />AMEND THE COMPENSATION SCHEDULES FOR THE POSITIONS OF <br />RECREATION LEADER, RECREATION LEADER AIDE, LANDSCAPE <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER, CHILDCARE DIRECTOR, ASSISTANT <br />CHILDCARE DIRECTOR, CHILDCARE LEADER AND LIBRARY PAGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Exhibit A of Resolution No. 9569, adopted May 7, 1984, <br /> <br />entitled, "Resolution Establishing A Salary Schedule for Certain <br /> <br />Designated <br /> <br />Seasonal <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Part-time <br /> <br />Employees <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City," as amended, is hereby further amended by approving <br /> <br />and adopting the amended Salary Schedules for the positions of, <br /> <br />Recreation Leader, Recreation Leader Aide, Landscape Maintenance <br /> <br />Worker, <br /> <br />Childcare <br /> <br />Director, <br /> <br />Assistant <br /> <br />Childcare <br /> <br />Director <br /> <br />Childcare Leader and Library Page as set forth in Exhibit A-5, <br /> <br />attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />This Resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br /> <br />provided, that the amendment to the salary schedule set fort.h in <br /> <br />Exhibit A-5 hereof for the posit.ion of Library Page shall be <br /> <br />operative from and after July 1, 1991 and the amendments for all <br /> <br />other positions listed in said Exhibit shall be operat.ive from <br /> <br />and after June 17, 1991. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
