<br />~ES:djk 06/~4/91 <br /> <br />(073/28) <br /> <br /> C E I G I N A L <br />R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 11529 <br />- - - - - - - - - - <br /> <br />6/10/91 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PLAYGROUND <br />EQUIPMENT FOR MARLIN PARK; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />playground <br /> <br />equipment <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Marlin <br /> <br />Park; and <br /> <br />WHER,EAS , <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to advertise for bids for <br /> <br />said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Redwood City <br /> <br />Parks, <br /> <br />Recrea tion & <br /> <br />Community <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />- Playground Equipment <br /> <br />Specificationsll, <br /> <br />prepared by the Director of Parks, <br /> <br />Recreation <br /> <br />and Community Services, which Specifications are on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby aut,horized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids as provided in the Instructions to Bidders and <br /> <br />General Conditions. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'rm T' <br />
