ORIGIN.4L OES:djk 04/08/91 (006/24) 5/20/91 ---------- RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 11522 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM (FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City provides an information, referral, assessment and material assistance program at the Fair Oaks Community Center in the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, said program materially benefits residents of the County of San Mateo as well as the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo and this City have heretofore entered into agreements pursuant to which the County provides funds for said program; and WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this Council such funding agreement for the fiscal year July 1, 1990 - June 30, 1991; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That cert.ain agreement entitled II Agreement for Human Services Programs" by and between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City pursuant to which the City shall provide an information and referral program at the Fair Oaks Community Center for fiscal year July 1, 1990 - June 30 , 1991, and the County shall fund said program, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby aut.horized and directed to execut.e said agreement, and to a t.test. t.hereto, respectively, for and on behalf of t.he City of Redwood City. * * * . ---- '~""'¡---1r'"
