<br />¡)ES:djk 0~/09/91 <br /> <br />(072/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />5/20/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11521 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF HAMPTON <br />SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />dedications of easements described therein) <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />" Hampt.on <br /> <br />Subdivision," prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Shoreside <br /> <br />Development, <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />California <br /> <br />partnership, <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />A-M <br /> <br />Homes, a California limited partnership, the owner of record of <br /> <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer as <br /> <br />conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is approved <br /> <br />and accepted subj ect to the following condi t.ions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement. for <br /> <br />Improvement. of Hampton Subdivision" <br /> <br />(form dated 05/09/91) <br /> <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the t.ime <br /> <br />specified in said agreement, <br /> <br />all improvements required of <br /> <br />Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />.-- lr' <br />
