KIWANIS CLUB AND REGULATING USE <br />OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />(CARNIVAL) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace <br /> <br />A.M. Kiwanis Club for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br /> <br />connection with the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival <br /> <br />beginning Wednesday, 7-3-91, <br /> <br />6:00 p.m., through Sunday, 7-7-91, <br /> <br />in the form of Exhibit IIAII hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation <br /> <br />of the public rights-of-way described there is adopted pursuant <br /> <br />to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and t,he City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />r n <br />
