<br />D~S:d£t <br /> <br />4/2/91 <br /> <br />(050/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />4/8/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11502 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN <br />FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER, FIRE FIGHTER-LIGHT <br />DUTY, AND FIRE CAPTAIN OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND <br />RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11375 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The monthly <br /> <br />salary rates <br /> <br />in dollars <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />hourly <br /> <br />equivalent <br /> <br />rates <br /> <br />thereof <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Exhibit. A attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated herein, <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />established <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />each <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />employee <br /> <br />positions <br /> <br />within <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />employment. classifications of Fire Fighter, <br /> <br />Fire Fight.er-Light <br /> <br />Duty, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />Captain, <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Exhibit <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />designated steps thereof, effective from and after April 1, 1991. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Employees granted part-time appointments to positions <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />employment <br /> <br />classifications <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />Fight.er, <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain, as set forth in the Exhibit <br /> <br />A shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the <br />salary rates set forth said Exhibit. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Resolut.ion No. 11375 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br /> <br />a Salary Schedule and Wage Plan for the Positions of Fire Fighter <br /> <br />and Fire Capt.ain of the City of Redwood City", adopted August. 13, <br /> <br />1990, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective upon adoption, <br /> <br />and shall be operative from and after April 1, 1991. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. --,..--.- . <br />
