<br />DES: dft <br /> <br />1/91 (043/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />3/11/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11491 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF SHORES <br />CENTER UNIT NO.4, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br />OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />dedications <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />easements <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />therein) <br /> <br />enti t.led, <br /> <br />"Shores <br /> <br />Center Unit No.4 in the City of Redwood City,1I prepared by Brian <br /> <br />Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, for Redwood Shores Properties, the <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />conforming <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />t.he <br /> <br />tentative <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject. to t.he following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in t.he office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />enti tIed" Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Shores <br /> <br />Center <br /> <br />Unit <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />4" <br /> <br />( form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />3/01/91) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of <br /> <br />said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />specified <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />agreement. , <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />required of OWner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />._-'_..'.'.'-r--y-- . <br />
