<br />DES: dft 1/23/91 (040/29) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />1/28/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11472 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $ 9,500 FROM THE <br />APPROPRIATION FOR RESOURCES HELD IN RESERVE TO THE <br />APPROPRIATION FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES, HUMAN <br />RESOURCES PROGRAM, TO PROVIDE FOR SPANISH LANGUAGE <br />INSTRUCTION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The sum of Nine Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($9,500.00) heretofore appropriated for Resources Held in Reserve <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />transferred <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />appropriation <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Supplies <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Services, Human Resources Program, to provide funds for Spanish <br /> <br />language instruction for certain employees of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />aforementioned <br /> <br />sum <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />transferred <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1990 - June 30, 1991, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />addition <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />sums <br /> <br />appropriated <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />purposes during said fiscal year. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. -----.
