ORIGINAL <br />AGREEMENT <br />STARVISTA <br />(Daybreak) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br />November 2017, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and STARVISTA , <br />a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor` collectively the "Parties") <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br />including the program described in Exhibits "A" ('Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br />and "B" ('Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br />WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br />conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br />year commencing July 1, 2017, and ending June 30, 2018 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br />and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br />1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum of <br />Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Eighty -Nine and No/100 Dollars ($12,589) for <br />exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2017, and <br />ending June 30, 2018, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br />2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br />Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
