<br />D\ \PUCATE <br />vrllGlNAl <br /> <br />FIRST AMENDIßNT TO FUNDING AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This First Amendment to Funding Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into the <br />ZAfd . <br />- day of December, 1999 by and between the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, a <br /> <br />public agency ("Authoâty"), and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation ("City") <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. Pursuant to the <br /> <br />Agreement, the Authority agreed to contribute up to $158,000 toward completion of the Project <br /> <br />(" Authority Allocation"). <br /> <br />B. The Authority, by Resolution No. 1999-22, authorized the allocation of an additional <br /> <br />$43,400 to fund completion of the Project. The parties now desire to amend the Agreement to <br /> <br />reflect the foregoing and related understandings. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Expenditure of additional amounts shall be made subject to and in accordance <br /> <br />with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Terms: Effect. All capitalized terms in this Amendment shall have the meanings <br /> <br />established for them in the Agreement. The Agreement, as modified in this Amendment, shall <br /> <br />remain in full force and effect in all respects except as expressly modified herein. <br /> <br />625270.1 <br />
