<br />OR\G\N~l <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES - <br />REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this l2f"-- day of <br />~, 1997. by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY. a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and HUFFMAN & <br /> <br />ASSOCIATES, INC., of Larkspur, California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the preparation of final environmental mitigation <br /> <br />plans for the Redwood Shores Levee Improvement Project in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />environmental consulting services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform environmental <br /> <br />consulting and related services described in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto <br /> <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
