DES:d-;k 12/09/92 (030/34) <br /> O R I G I N A L 12/21/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11924 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR GROUND CONTROL SURVEYING AND AERIAL <br /> PHOTOGRAMMETRIC MAPPING SERVICES FOR GEOGRAPHIC <br /> INFORMATION SYSTEM (GIS) ELECTRONIC DATA GENERATION <br /> PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Ground <br /> Control Surveying and Aerial Photogrammetric Mapping Services for <br /> Geographic Information System (GIS) Electronic Data Generation <br /> Program" (form dated 12/09/92) , by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and Merrick & Company, a copy of which agreement is <br /> on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf the the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br />
