Exhibit A of Resolution No. 11855 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Establishing and Adopting Salary and Related Compensation Plans <br /> for Positions of Employment with the City of Redwood City <br /> Included in the Executive Service Group, Council Appointed <br /> Officers and the Director of Human Resources and Rescinding <br /> Resolution No. 11638" , adopted September 28 , 1992 , is hereby <br /> amended by revising the salary schedule for the position of <br /> Director of Finance as set forth in Exhibit "A-2" hereof, attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2 . This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br /> provided that the amendment approved hereby shall be operative <br /> retroactively from and after October 1 , 1992 . <br />
