DES:' jk 12/04/92 (027/34) <br /> O R I G I N A L 12/14/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11912 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A OF RESOLUTION NO. 11855 , <br /> ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br /> COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE <br /> GROUP, TO ADD THE POSITION OF AND REVISE THE SALARY FOR <br /> THE ASSISTANT TO THE CITY MANAGER <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . Exhibit A of Resolution No. 11855 entitled, "Resolution <br /> Establishing and Adopting Salary and Related Compensation Plans <br /> for Positions of Employment with the City of Redwood City <br /> Included in the Executive Service Group, Council Appointed <br /> Officers and the Director of Human Resources and Rescinding <br /> Resolution No. 11638" , adopted September 28 , 1992 , is hereby <br /> amended by adding the position of, and establishing the salary <br /> schedule for, the position of the Assistant to the City Manager <br /> as set forth in Exhibit A-1 hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2 . This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br /> provided that the amendment approved hereby shall be operative <br /> from and after December 14 , 1992 . <br />
