FXS: dft 11/17/92 (052/31) <br /> O R I G I N A L 11/23/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11892 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO JOINT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO WITH <br /> THE YOUTH AND FAMILY ASSISTANCE FOR THE ASSISTANCE IN <br /> THE ACQUISITION OF A SITE TO PROVIDE TRANSITIONAL <br /> HOUSING FOR HOMELESS YOUTH <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to Resolution No. 11548 , adopted July 1 , <br /> 1991 , this Council approved an agreement entitled, "Agreement for <br /> the Acquisition and Operation of a Transitional Housing Facility <br /> for Homeless Youth" , between the City of Redwood City, the County <br /> of San Mateo and Family Youth and Assistance, Inc. <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City and the County of San <br /> Mateo desire to provide assistance to Youth and Family <br /> Assistance, Inc. , to construct improvements at the facilities <br /> operated by Youth and Family Assistance Center, Inc. ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain Supplemental Joint Agreement between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and the County of San Mateo, a political subdivision <br /> of the State of California, with the Youth and Family Assistance, <br /> Inc. , a California non-profit corporation, entitled "Supplemental <br /> Agreement to Agreement Providing for Acquisition and Operation of <br /> a Transitional Housing Facility for Homeless Youth Daybreak <br /> Project" (11/16/92R) providing for assistance to construct <br /> improvements at the facilities operated by Youth and Family <br /> Assistance , Inc. , located at 639 Douglas Avenue, Redwood City, <br /> California, which will be used for transitional housing for <br /> homeless youth, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />
