Consider- <br />able discussion followed, during which the-commission determined to <br />present to the city council a proposal that a bond issue be placed to <br />a vote of the people, to determine if the city wishes to aid recreation <br />development to that extent. Cha"irman Spinas appointed "Mr. -Bogie, chair- <br />man;; Miss Smith and himself to draft a l~tter to the council urging a <br />bond issue.
