I P IN A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14094 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF PROCUREMENT TO PURCHASE <br />AN EMISSION TEST ANALYZER SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF PURCHASE DOCUMENTS THEREFOR <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 and <br />Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby authorize and <br />request the Office of Procurement of the State of California to purchase under <br />California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) #4 -97 -51 -0001 B, on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City, certain materials, supplies and equipment, to wit: One (1) <br />Emission Test Analyzer System (conforming to the regulations for smog testing <br />imposed by the State of California's Bureau of Automotive Repairs ( "BAR ")) for <br />the Department of Public Works Services of the City of Redwood City. <br />2.
