0RIC I NP,L 12/4/00 <br />- MESOLUTION NO. 14090 - <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING <br />AND DESIGN SERVICES <br />(MANNA CONSULTANTS, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires the construction of the Blomquist <br />Street Extension in the City of Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br />WHEREAS, Manna Consultants, Inc. of Oakland, California, represents that it <br />possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the <br />Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Engineering and Design Services" (form dated 11/28/00), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Manna <br />Consultants, Inc. for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />eso -1045 <br />FXS:djk <br />FJShared/R edwood/Counci I <br />11/28/00 <br />
