<br />ON ROLL CALL, the following Commissioners were noted. present: Chairman
<br />Stuart, Ann Gooding, Jim Kne cht, Artie Ree Morgan (Arri v. at
<br />7:53 p.m.), and Doris C. Thompson. Absent (vacation): Commis-
<br />sioners Bob Whitmore and Jim Williams.

<br />MINUTES or the regular meeting of June , wê~e approved as' corrected, on motion
<br />of Commissioner Gooding, seconded by Commissioner Knecht, the
<br />correction being to Agenda #4, second line, Page 2, by deleting
<br />the words "one meeting" and correcting the line to read "Knecht
<br />said he had attended two meetin~, ~ at which no action could
<br />be taken.. Passed, Commissioners Whitmore and williams being
<br />noted absent.

<br />60 children, which asked for consideration of park and recreation
<br />services for area and which request had previously been presented to
<br />City Manager; said that area is isolated because of the railroad tracks,
<br />El Camino and overpass, and youngsters cannot get to Chestnut Park.
