JAH:dik 10/28/92 (014/34) <br /> O R I G I N A L 11/2/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11884 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT OF DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE SEQUOIA STATION PROJECT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Second Amendment of <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement for the Sequoia Station <br /> Project" , by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City and Safeway <br /> Inc. , a Delaware corporation, a copy of which agreement is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br /> agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
