DES:di-k 10/20/92 (009/34) <br /> O R I G I N A L 11/2/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11875 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF FAIR OAKS <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City undertook to establish a <br /> facility known as the Fair Oaks Community Center ("Center" ) which <br /> facility provides various services , including community human <br /> services activities and library facilities , to that area located <br /> within and adjacent to the City and known as the Fair Oaks Target <br /> Area; and <br /> WHEREAS , City has requested from the County of San Mateo, <br /> and said County is willing to contribute funds toward the <br /> operation and maintenance of the Center in recognition of the use <br /> of said Center by residents of the unincorporated area within the <br /> Fair Oaks Target Area; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . That certain agreement by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, entitled "Agreement <br /> Between County of San Mateo and City of Redwood City for <br /> Operation and Maintenance of Fair Oaks Community Center" , a copy <br /> of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereto, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />
