DES:(1-ik 10/12/92 (005/34) <br /> O R I G I N A L 10/19/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11871 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO 1992-1993 SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT AND REHABILITATION <br /> PROJECT <br /> (KENNEDY/JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to replace and <br /> rehabilitate certain sanitary sewer lines located in the City of <br /> Redwood City (the "Project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Redwood City requires professional <br /> consulting engineering services relating to the Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Consulting Engineers, <br /> represent that they are qualified to perform such services and <br /> this Council desires to enter into an agreement therefor; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - For Consulting <br /> Engineering Services - (1992-1993 Sewer Line Replacement and <br /> Rehabilitation Project) " (form dated 10/12/92) , by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, of Palo Alto, <br /> California, for the performance of the above-described <br /> professional services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br /> made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br /> City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
