DES:djk 09/30/92 (004/34) <br /> ORIGINAL /19/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11867 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. <br /> 91-10; DECLARING DEDICATION OF PORTION OF BLOMQUIST <br /> STREET SHOWN THEREON FOR STREET PURPOSES, DESIGNATING <br /> CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS THEREON; AND DIRECTING <br /> THE CITY CLERK TO FILE SAID MAP FOR RECORDATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain parcel map identified as "Parcel Map No. <br /> 91-10" , dated May, 1992 , prepared by A.L. Bliss Engineering, <br /> Inc. , Consulting Civil Engineers for the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, the owner of <br /> record of the real property described by said parcel map, which <br /> map provides for a subdivision of a portion of certain lands of <br /> the City of Redwood City, as said lands are described in that <br /> certain deed recorded in the Office of the County Recorder on <br /> February 16 , 1948 in Volume 1624 of Official Records at Page 428 , <br /> San Mateo County Records, is hereby approved. <br /> 2 . That portion of Blomquist Street shown on said Parcel <br /> Map and those portions shown thereon as public service easements <br /> are hereby dedicated to public street use and designated for <br /> public service easement uses , respectively, unless and until <br /> revoked by this Council. <br /> 3 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> file the map approved hereby for recordation with the County <br /> Recorder, County of San Mateo, California. <br /> * * * <br />
