DES:c 09/03/92 (112/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/28/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11855 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING AND ADOPTING SALARY AND RELATED <br /> COMPENSATION PLANS FOR POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY INCLUDED IN THE EXECUTIVE SERVICE <br /> GROUP, COUNCIL APPOINTED OFFICERS AND THE DIRECTOR OF <br /> HUMAN RESOURCES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 11638 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . The monthly salary rates in dollars are hereby <br /> established for positions included in the Executive Service <br /> Group, Council Appointed Officers and the Director of Human <br /> Resources of the City of Redwood City as set forth in Exhibit "A" <br /> hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein, and the hourly and bi-weekly equivalent rates for such <br /> positions as set forth in said Exhibit are likewise hereby <br /> established, in ranges, effective from and after October 1 , 1992 . <br /> 2 . Persons appointed on a part-time basis to positions in <br /> the employment classifications designated in Exhibit A hereof <br /> shall be compensated on an hourly basis in accordance with the <br /> salary rates set forth in said Exhibit for the respective <br /> positions of employment. <br /> 3 . That certain document entitled "City of -Redwood City - <br /> Executive Service Compensation Plan, October 1 , 1992 - <br /> September 30 , 1993" attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" , and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein, setting forth terms and <br /> conditions of employment (other than the salary rates established <br /> pursuant to paragraph 1 hereof) pertaining to the positions <br /> included in the aforementioned Executive Service Group, Council <br />
