DES:d-j 08/19/92 (100/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L <br /> 9/28/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 118 54 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> FOR <br /> GATES REPAIRS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION IO OF WATERWAY FLAP <br /> SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY GREEMENT <br /> DEPOSITSFOR <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> 1992 11767, adopted June 22, <br /> the City Clerk advertised for bids for <br /> repair of the replacement and <br /> interior waterway flap gates; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant <br /> to said advertisement <br /> received for the , nine bids were <br /> performance of said work and filed with the City <br /> Clerk; and <br /> WHEREAS, A.P. Hill <br /> Inc. , of Pleasanton <br /> lowest responsible California, is the <br /> bidder and it is the <br /> this Council to intention and desire of <br /> accept the bid of said bidder; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br /> COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . The bid of <br /> A.P.
