Task Described. Contractor shall perform the following services, <br />which are in addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br />Description of Services. <br />Perform additional design services for the Redwood Shores Traffic <br />Improvements Project (See Exhibit "A", attached) <br /> <br />2. Compensation. City shall compensate Contractor for the services <br />described in this Task Order under one of the two following alternatives, as <br />indicated (check and complete, as appropriate): <br /> <br />a. ~ (check, if appropriate) Compensation shall be based <br />upon the rates of charge and method of calculation described in the <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />b. Not to exceed $70.870. <br />
