10/23/00 <br />O R I S I A' A L <br />RESOLUT ION NO. 14070 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br />of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated 10/12/00), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and the City of Menlo Park granting to said City the non - exclusive use <br />of the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated <br />therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso-1017 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />10/12/00 <br />
