<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES - VETERANS MEMORIAL <br />SENIOR CENTER, SENIOR RESOURCE CENTER BUILDING AND <br />THE FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER HEATING, VENTILATING <br />AND AIR CONDITIONING PROJECTS AND THE VETERANS <br />MEMORIAL BUILDING EAVES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~h day of <br />~~..sL, 1997, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, ("City") and GROSSMANN <br /> <br />DESIGN GROUP, of San Francisco, California ("Architect"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires design services for the Veterans Memorial <br /> <br />Senior Center, Senior Resource Center Building and the Fair Oaks Community <br /> <br />Center heating, ventilating and air conditioning projects and the Veterans <br /> <br />Memorial Building eaves and gutter repair project in the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />(the "Projects"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Projects, the City requires architectural <br /> <br />design services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Architect represents that it possesses the experience, and is <br /> <br />qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />ARCHITECT'S SERVICES.
