10/23/00 <br />0RIGINAL - <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14065 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR TWO <br />MAPLE STREET SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEDICATIONS AND VACATING A PORTION <br />OF MONROE STREET; AND ACCEPTING DEED FOR EMERGENCY <br />ACCESS EASEMENT LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE NORTH END OF <br />MONROE STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain final subdivision map (including vacating a portion of Monroe <br />Street and dedications of a street and easements described therein) entitled, `Two <br />Maple Street Subdivision ", prepared by Brian Kangas Foulk, Civil Engineers, <br />consultants for Irvine Apartment Communities, L.P., a Delaware limited <br />partnership, the owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br />City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, is hereby <br />approved. <br />2. A portion of Monroe Street is hereby vacated. <br />3. All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the herein described <br />map are hereby accepted. <br />4.
