DES:dik 09/03/92 (110/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/14/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11839 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br /> THE POSITIONS OF POLICE SERGEANT, POLICE OFFICER, AND <br /> POLICE OFFICER TRAINEE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> 1 . Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of that certain <br /> Memorandum of Understanding by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City and the Redwood City Police Officers Association effective <br /> September 1 , 1991 - August 31 , 1993 , the salary schedules and <br /> wage plans for the positions of Police Sergeant, Police Officer, <br /> and Police Officer Trainee, are hereby adjusted and established <br /> as set forth in Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> reference incorporated herein. <br /> 2 . This resolution shall be effective on the date of its <br /> adoption; provided, that the provisions of paragraph 1 hereof, <br /> shall be operative retroactively from the first pay period on or <br /> after September 7 , 1992 . <br />
