DES:djv 08/19/92 (104/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 9/14/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11835 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br /> (KUTZMANN AND ASSOCIATES , INC. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert plan <br /> checking services for compliance with current editions of the <br /> Uniform Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Codes as <br /> adopted by the City, the Handicapped and Energy provisions of the <br /> State Building Code and any and all local ordinances or <br /> regulations governing building requirements effective in, and <br /> designated by, the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Kutzmann and Associates, Inc. , of Fremont, <br /> California, represents that it is qualified to furnish such <br /> expert plan checking services; and <br /> WHEREAS , there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> Kutzmann and Associates, Inc . , and this Council desires to <br /> approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the <br /> City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> City and Kutzmann Associates, Inc. , entitled "Agreement for Plan <br /> Checking Services" (form dated 08/07/92R) , a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is <br />
