DES:dj1 08/19/92 (103/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/31/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11828 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT TO <br /> REDWOOD SHORES TRANSPORTATION COORDINATORS AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> (REDWOOD SHORES BLOCK PARTY) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain letter permit issued to the Redwood Shores <br /> Transportation Coordinators for the use of certain public <br /> rights-of-way in connection with the Redwood Shores Block Party <br /> on September 11 , 1992 , in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is <br /> hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way <br /> described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code <br /> Section 21100 , and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to issue said permit. <br />
