DES:d) - 08/19/92 (101/32) <br /> DES:d1 08/21/92R <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/31/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11827 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF GOVERNORS <br /> BAY SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br /> CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br /> AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING <br /> OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS AND RELINQUISHMENT OF <br /> ACCESS RIGHTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . That certain final subdivision map (including any <br /> dedications of easements and access restrictions described <br /> therein) entitled, "Governors Bay" , prepared by Brian-Kangas- <br /> Foulk & Associates , Consulting Engineers , consultants for <br /> Greenbriar Partners , a California general partnership, by <br /> Greenbriar Homes Company, a California corporation, the owner of <br /> record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City <br /> Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said subdivision, <br /> is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> (a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> Improvement of Governors Bay Subdivision" , (form dated <br /> 08/19/92) wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval <br /> of said map by City, shall agree to construct and complete <br />
