Mr. Art Balsamo had discussed project with -,Howard Ullrich since ~ 7th ~k & Recrea- tion Regalar Meeting~and had been aBsu:red that Bonding COunsel had planned for sufficient fill for creek and back fill for improvements. Chairman Thompson expressed concern for providing pro~ective fiU for culverts and~ thàt the Master Plan was build -around cspleting'proj.ect.
