<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES <br />- MADDUX PARK PLAYGROUND RENOVATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this J 5 1'>- day of <br /> <br /> <br />, 2000, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a <br /> <br />al corporation of the State of California, ("City"), MOORE, IACOFANO <br /> <br />AND GOL TSMAN (MIG), INC. of Berkeley, CA ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires the design of Maddux Park Playground <br /> <br />Renovation in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br /> <br />landscaping architectural services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the experience, and <br /> <br />is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform consulting <br /> <br />engineering, design and installation services described in Exhibit "AI! hereof, <br /> <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. COMPENSATION: EXPENSES: PAYMENT.
