<br />DES:d 10/02/96 (002/72) <br />DES:d)A 10/15/96R <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES - FISCAL SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ;;)9f^- day of <br />----. 1@. <br />Û ~~ú~ ' 199ß, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />THE CITyL6F REDWOOD CITY, a redevelopment agency of the State <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />("Agency") , <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />KATZ <br /> <br />HOLLIS, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Los <br /> <br />Angeles, <br /> <br />California ("Consultant") ¡ <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency has undertaken certain activities pursuant <br /> <br />to the California Community Redevelopment Law for implementation <br /> <br />of redevelopment projects (the "Projects"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Consultant <br /> <br />represents <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />it <br /> <br />possesses <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />experience, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />qualified, <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />perform <br /> <br />fiscal <br /> <br />consulting <br /> <br />services required for the Projects; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. <br /> <br />Consultant shall perform all of <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />described <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Consultant's <br /> <br />Scope <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Services marked Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Said services shall be performed <br /> <br />as discrete tasks assigned by Agency from time-to-time, pursuant <br /> <br />to written task orders (which may be in letter form) which shall <br /> <br />describe <br /> <br />the particular <br /> <br />task(s) <br /> <br />to be performed, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />performance, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />estimated <br /> <br />costs <br /> <br />thereof, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />other <br /> <br />information as Agency shall deem pertinent to the performance of <br /> <br />such services. <br />
