THIS AGREEl1ENT, made and entered into this ~h"'.!- day of ~, 198~, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision of the State of California ("County"); WIT N E SSE T H : WHEREAS, the City into an- agreement entered and County entitled "Agreement for Transmission, '~reatment, and Sewage .. Disposal of Sanitary Sewage By and Between the City of Redwood City, The County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District", 22, 1983 [hereafter dated August "Agreement"], designating cert~in territory as the Emerald Lake Hills Area and mapped as such on Exhibit "A" of the above cited Agreement; and WHEREAS, pursuant to . Paragraph XI, the Agreement provides that revisions, alterations, and amendments to the Agreement may be made by written agreement supplemental to the Agreement; and WHEREAS, both parties agree no reservation conveyance, or transfer of wastewater treatment capacity will occur as a result of this supplemental agreement; and WHEREAS, the parties desire - provide the for hereto to boundary change of the Emerald Lake Hills Area, for the benefit of certain described properties and particularly described below, subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement;
